Privacy Policy

Your pocket makeup mirror, with adjustable light and a closer view.

Updated October 21, 2026 · Applies to LumiMirror 1.0

Scope and operator

This policy describes LumiMirror, an iPhone makeup mirror, and its support pages. The individual operator is 叶建胜. Contact: support@shanhaiwonders.com. It covers the current on-device implementation; it does not cover other products on Shanhai Wonders or services you choose to use independently.

Camera and photos

Camera access provides live preview, freeze and capture. Images are processed on your device. The current app has no automatic image-upload endpoint, account system, face-identity recognition, advertising SDK or analytics SDK. It does not request microphone, location or contacts access, or read existing Photos items. Unsaved review images are held temporarily in memory and are not maintained as a persistent in-app photo library.

Saving, sharing and system services

When you tap Save, the app requests permission to add an image to Photos. Denying that permission does not prevent live preview. Saved images are managed in Photos. Sharing opens the system sheet; you choose whether to proceed and which destination receives the image. We do not automatically select a recipient or send it. iOS backup, migration, Photos sync and selected sharing services operate under their own settings and policies. Deleting an in-app diagnostic record does not delete saved or shared photos.

Local preferences and diagnostic records

The app stores lighting, color, zoom, guides, photo direction and preset names locally. It has no operator-hosted sync service. Development builds offer an optional battery record containing start time, elapsed time, battery and power state, thermal state, screen brightness, Low Power Mode, frame counts and mirror settings, but no photos. Only the latest run is retained. Release builds hide the recording entry; local records left by a development build can still be cleared in Tools → Privacy and help. Exported copies must be managed separately.

Support correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate the reported issue and manage related privacy requests. Device model, iOS version, app build and reproduction steps are usually enough; face photos, identity documents and contacts are not required for routine support. Correspondence is kept only as needed for those purposes and deleted when no longer needed, except where applicable law requires retention. You may request deletion by emailing the support address. Mail providers process correspondence to deliver and store email under their service terms; the app itself does not send a report automatically.

Visiting these pages

These support pages are static documents. Their page code adds no analytics, advertising pixels, contact form, remote fonts, cookies or browser storage. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical request data, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and time, to deliver and secure the site. Website infrastructure processing is separate from on-device camera processing; we do not claim that website visits produce no technical records. This support site uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and delivery. Cloudflare may process technical data in different countries where it operates, under its service arrangements and Privacy Policy. We do not promise that provider-side technical records are immediately deleted or processed in only one country.

Your choices and requests

Manage camera and photo-add permissions in iOS Settings. Camera refusal prevents live preview; photo-add refusal affects saving. Remove saved images in Photos and manage backups, exported files and shared copies at their respective locations. To ask about information you sent us or request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email support@shanhaiwonders.com. We may ask for information reasonably needed to identify your correspondence, but do not request face photos as identity verification.

TestFlight testing

If you participate through Apple TestFlight, Apple collects usage information, crash logs and feedback you choose to submit under its testing service, and makes relevant testing information available to the developer. Feedback or screenshots you submit may contain personal information; check them before sending. This is separate from the app itself, which does not automatically upload photos. Taking part in testing does not grant permission to use your images in public promotion. See Apple’s TestFlight information.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and update relevant App Store disclosures when needed. A future account, upload service, analytics SDK or new data use would require a fresh review. The date shown on the published page will identify the applicable revision. This policy applies from the public publication of this page.
